¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to Casa Werma!

Casa Werma is a practice and retreat center in Pátzcuaro, México. It is an unforgettable place for Shambhala programs, for personal retreat, for contemplation, for art, and for discovery.

We are located in the picturesque town of Patzcuaro, in the heart of Mexico, famous for its local artisans, beautiful landscapes and colorful markets.

We are a contemplative center as well as open to the public as a bed and breakfast, for celebratory events, conferences or for a family vacation.

Casa Werma is a Shambhala lineage site. In the gardens of Casa Werma in 1980 the Druk Sakyong Trungpa Rinpoche composed the sadhana, known as The Roar of Werma, an advanced Shambhala practice. Casa Werma is a Kalapa spot within the Shambhala mandala where drala and werma gather like clouds!
