Catalyzing Communities for a Regenerative World

con Kristen Victor, David McCullough and Kim Nadel

January 16 - 21, 2020

Imagine an abundant world, living within its resources.  A regenerative world rewarding innovation and inclusivity. We envision a world of prosperous, resilient and sustainable communities, designing and implementing pathways to an equitable future.

We invite you to join us at the beautiful Casa Werma, in Patzcuaro, a Pueblo Magico, in the state of Michoacan, as we align with the Paris Agreement on Climate Control, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with Mexico’s sustainable development policies and incentives to create a global EcoCommunity business model and operational strategy.

Be a part of the change to co-create neighborhood scale equitable development and a turn-key, self-sustaining community model. Together, we will immerse ourselves in the local culture, water, energy, food, waste and housing of the City of Patzcuaro, through meditation, visualization, placemaking, local cuisine, field trips, community planning and innovative design.

GoalParticipants to immerse themselves in creating a prosperous blueprint for a district scaled eco-community, catalyzed at Casa Werma and the macro community of stakeholders in the City of Patzcuaro with the following goals:

    1. Composition of a shared authentic vision, guided with a human centered approach
    2. Integration through development of natural resource intelligence, smart reliable systems and creative placemaking
    3. Curate neighborhood assets through place, prosperity, healthy + wellbeing, living infrastructure and resource regeneration
    4. Align fair, equitable policy with vibrant economics
    5. Create a 5-year plan for Casa Werma and the City of Patzcuaro, that dovetails with the Paris Agreement priorities and UN goals, embodied in the official policies programs and laws in Mexico.

Ideal Participant: Like-minded humans including visionaries, influencers, leaders, decision makers, developers and any inspired human interested in co-creating sustainable communities.

This program is open to all levels of practitioners; no prerequisites. All participant air travel will be offset by The Good Traveler carbon offset program.
